We want you to love your tee. If something is not right, here is how refunds work.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to start

Email us at info@sprinterdog.com with your order number, or follow the steps on our Returns page. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will approve your refund and issue it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Return shipping

Return postage is covered by the buyer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it and refund in full.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included.

Non-refundable

Gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for refund unless faulty.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change size or design is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
